If you are passionate about protecting the Amazon rainforest and some of its most ignored and neglected indigenous communities, there are many ways you can help. Below are some examples:
- Follow us and share our messages in social media (@Emborinoco). We are very active in Twitter (X) and Instagram.
- Sign-up for our Newsletters. Send us an email to Emborinoco@gmail.com so you can receive our 3 updates per year
- Include Venezuela in events related to the Amazon Rainforest, ecological and human impact of illegal mining, importance of defending environmental and indigenous rights and similar topics.
- Invite us to your events. We can provide experts to speak, or be part of panels discussing the above topics at any event relevant to our cause.
- Support the activities and work of Venezuelan civil society working to preserve our Amazon region and protecting the rights of the indigenous people inhabiting it. Check our section “Conservation Projects” (incluir el enlace) and consider contributing to one of them.
- Become a Member:
- Support our advocacy and awareness campaigns to raise awareness in your country.
- Publicize the work of Venezuelan civil society (NGOs, universities, journalists, environmental activists, communities, etc.) whose main objective is the protection of the Venezuelan Amazon Region and support, whenever possible, with initiatives leading to their empowerment.
- Establish collaboration channels and actively seek alliances with key stakeholders in your country.
